The trip to Switzerland

Weather: End Winter, -10 - 0 degree

Day 1- Begin my Europe Trip in Switzerland. Took Emirates from Singapore (0030hrs) and transit at Dubai. shop and explore at the airport for 3 hours alone and fly to Zurich. Arrived at 1230hrs. Explore around Zurich..is freezing!!..had the fresh made chocolate and sushi for lunch..what an Expensive City!!!..went back at 8pm as im struggling with Jet lag...

Day 2- Went to Bern the next morning..woke up at 4am in the morning (Sg time 11am) but manged to catch some sleep again..haha..Bern, Capital of Switzerland...another German speaking part of Switzerland...went to the Parliament house, cathedral and shop around the vicinity. In the evening, my friend drove me up to Germany as he said the things is cheaper in Germany compared to Switzerland...went to the border of Germany and bought socks and shirts over there.

Day 3 - I took the train alone from Basel to Lausanne..the train ticket cost sgf 120 for two way...so expensive!! lolx...took about 1.5hrs to arrive at the destination...had chinese food for lunch before going to the port and the view was really amazing...went to the International Olympic Committee building...had cheese fondue for dinner and took the train back at around 9pm...

Day 4 - Drive up to Swiss Alps...breathetaking view and is really worth the trip...is a pity i didn't manage to ski...i should try again next time...haha...and saw snow...snowing!!! overnight at Interlaken and the temp is -10...freaking cold..Swiss alps and Interlaken are the most beautiful place which i think is a must go places once in a lifetime..i did :D

Day 5 - Final day in Swizerland..drove up to Luzern..another beautiful place..shop around the area...

Weather: End Winter, Begin of Spring. about 5-10 degree

Day 6 - Took TGV train from Basel to Paris...2 hours of train ride...a totally different place as compared to Switzerland..have to use Euros instead of Swiss Francs.. Went to Tourist information centre in the first day and check it out what im going to do on the next 4 days. went to se the arc de triomphe and do window shopping along the street...woo~~~

Day 7 - After the breakfast at Opera, we went to take the city bus tour which will bring us to all the tourist attractions... Drop down at Notre dame cathedral..the point zero of Paris

Day 8 - Went up to Eiffel Tower and the view was excellent...afterwhich, took the city bus again to The Louvre, where Monna Lisa master piece was there...the Lourve is the world biggest Museum..cant probably finish in 1 day...from sculpture, pottery, art piece and lots more...

Day 9 - Head to Versailles...From Paris, need to take1.5hrs train ride..is not easy to take the train as the station directions are all in French and migh get lost easily. After 1.5hrs, we finally arrived and had my first Mac in Europe.wahaha...Versailles is 'Must go" places...they provide free translator/audio note for all visitors..and the garden is so huge..gosh~~ easily spend a day over there too...

Day 10- Last day in Paris, headed to Sacre coeur, another cathedral..which is highly recommended place to go...due to tight security, no photo are allowed inside..after that,there are alot of artist behind the cathedral...lots of artpieces and artists waiting to draw a portrait of u..wahaha...went to Sex museum after that...is 10euros and what you get to see is erotic stuffs...lolx...
