Approaching the end of Jul

Jul weekend had been very interesting and exciting for me..went to Pump Room almost every weekend, meet up frens at chalet, nice dinner and accompany frens from overseas are really a good way to spend for weekend...haha

Last fri, went to Beer market for dinner and Pump room for drinks again..was really fun..sat night is more quiet as i doing some window shopping at Orchard before heading to Swiss Grill for dinner...they served steaks, Pasta and burgers and the prices gave me a shock!! lol...since the steak is from Swiss Butchery, the prices will be premium as well..

we ordered Ribeye, tenderloin with baked pasta, mashed potato and baby spinach as our sides..cocktail,  tiramisu and hot tea to end of the meal..it cost $2++ for 2...as we were sat outside the garden, we can feel the cool breeze followed by heavy downpour..was nice sitting at the garden balcony, watching the rain, chatting with our hot tea...really relaxing...

2 more days to go before i serve the nation again...haha

A sober weekend :D

Over the weekend, meet up with ex cols for chalet gathering...its been a long time we have such gathering...it was nice to catch up again..Dad booked the chalet at downtown East for 3D2N...

Went straight after my work on Friday..had dinner tog and sleep..lol

Sat morning watched Ice age 4..i haven step into Cinema since May i guess...lol..after the movie, had sushi for lunch before heading back to the room to sleep again..it was a pity that it had been raining the whole day and we cant cycle or swim...anyway, went to buy food at 6pm and prepare the BBQ..

As usual, finished the food and played till 3am..woke up this morning to check-out the room..it was pretty nice to see them again..all of us were pretty drained becoz we didnt sleep well..lolx..i snored again..haha...

Look forward for the next gathering...i will try to plan :D

What a weekend!!

What a weekend, drinking and drinking  on both fri and sat night...one of the best weekend ever have!! lolx...on Friday night, had dinner and drinks at Highlander...went back to Clarke Quay again on sat night to The Pump Room...its my first time to The Pump Room and i will definitely pin this bar/restuarant as my regular hang out places..the food was nice, the live band was great, the music and crowds were amazing...just too expensive...lol

Went to Chinatown heritage Centre on Sunday...was quite interesting actually..life can be still so colourful especially when my classes had started...hopefully, the rest of the year will be as interesting as the first week of school :D

Meet up my friends up for dinner at Korean resturant before heading to Duxton Rd for more drinking...this is how Friday night should be..after working hard for the week, this is the best time to pamper ourselves...chatting along with frens and beers...haha

Well, classes will be starting next monday..the beginning of hell...3-4days a week for class is really gotta drain me up...seriously hoping this is the last sem i gotta suffered...

anyway, is my school holiday now although i need to work in the morning..over the weekend, i spent alot of $..bought a new shoes, new shirt and new bag for my work..is pretty sad that i cant find anyone to shop with me on sat..found a col to shop with me today :D

well, at least im happy that i got all the things i need...had spoken with my colleague and he told me that things dont always happen the way i want it...and he was not the first one who said that to me...i guess sometimes, i pressed too much on something which result in negative impact...perhaps i should learn to be more independent...haha

I have made up my mind..i will learn cooking...and master it and cook for the one i love in the future..hehe...one more week of holiday before my hell begins on 2Jul...Cheers~~

Is quitie remarkable i think as i am able to make it to Europe at the age of 25. Well, i do hope i can travel more this year..hopefully Bangkok, Phuket and Pattaya (Thailand) at the end of the year..backpacking !! lolx...

Anyway, i also hope that i can make it to United States or Australia for my Grad trip...time to save up and look forward to pin more cities :D

Took time off from books

Well, exam is around the corner..first paper on 18June...argh...so much to study for Professional paper compared to Fundamental paper..i cant screwed up if i want to graduate this year :D

Stayed at home for sat until 5pm..went to Marina Bay Sands for the rooftop swimming pool to relax..it was realy a nice view...been a year since i was last there...went to the Skypark afterwhich to see the night view of Singapore..

UOB Heartbeat run 2012

13May 2012, Sunday morning, woke up early and headed to Raffles Place..UOB headquarter as well as my office...participate in the annual company charity run...this year, i took part in the 5Km Fun run...so, i can run at my own pace..hehe...a tiring day but yet an meaningful event to raise fund for the disable children :D

After the run, went to purchase 10beancurd home for my family because i bought $20coupons for the carnival...haha...went home to sleep for an hour before heading to Rabia Engagement...this is my first time observing a malay engagement process..is very different...um...how nice we live in a multi-racial society...understanding each other culture and customs... next up, mother's day dinner at 6.30pm...

Is time to change

I know my friends were talking behind me or told me that i have changed. Seriously, stop gossiping about me...i dont know what is so bad about myself now...i just want to try new things, eat new food, buy new stuffs..nothing wrong..

Anyway, i will proved that i can balanced my studies, work and party at the same time :D

Last saturday, went to Johor Bahru with my colleagues (3 guys)..to beat the crowd, we were at the custom at 10.20am...lolx..as usual, went to City Square to have breakfast, shop awhile before heading to KSL mall for second round...haha..ended up spending S$250 on shades, cardigan, shirt, bermudas and belt...

But im not the big spender of the day..he he he... went to Taman Sentosa for seafood dinner..crayfish,stingray, sweet and sour fish..yummy~~~

No doubt, JB, Malaysia is still cheaper than Singapore..so much cheaper....mmmmm

The trip to Switzerland

Weather: End Winter, -10 - 0 degree

Day 1- Begin my Europe Trip in Switzerland. Took Emirates from Singapore (0030hrs) and transit at Dubai. shop and explore at the airport for 3 hours alone and fly to Zurich. Arrived at 1230hrs. Explore around Zurich..is freezing!!..had the fresh made chocolate and sushi for lunch..what an Expensive City!!!..went back at 8pm as im struggling with Jet lag...

Day 2- Went to Bern the next morning..woke up at 4am in the morning (Sg time 11am) but manged to catch some sleep again..haha..Bern, Capital of Switzerland...another German speaking part of Switzerland...went to the Parliament house, cathedral and shop around the vicinity. In the evening, my friend drove me up to Germany as he said the things is cheaper in Germany compared to Switzerland...went to the border of Germany and bought socks and shirts over there.

Day 3 - I took the train alone from Basel to Lausanne..the train ticket cost sgf 120 for two way...so expensive!! lolx...took about 1.5hrs to arrive at the destination...had chinese food for lunch before going to the port and the view was really amazing...went to the International Olympic Committee building...had cheese fondue for dinner and took the train back at around 9pm...

Day 4 - Drive up to Swiss Alps...breathetaking view and is really worth the trip...is a pity i didn't manage to ski...i should try again next time...haha...and saw snow...snowing!!! overnight at Interlaken and the temp is -10...freaking cold..Swiss alps and Interlaken are the most beautiful place which i think is a must go places once in a lifetime..i did :D
